Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Prior bartending experience
  • Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Physical ability to carry up to 35 pounds and stand for entire shift
  • Must successfully complete restaurant training program
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Prior bartending experience
  • Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
  • Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
  • Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service
  • Adhere to state and local liquor laws and company policies
  • Set up and stock the bar including cleaning and achieving par levels
  • Take and process orders through the point-of-sale system
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Interact with guests and team members using company service language and standards
