Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Physical ability to carry up to 35 pounds and stand for entire shift
- Must successfully complete restaurant training program
- Authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Prior bartending experience
- Valid permit to serve alcohol as required by the state
- Advanced knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, and wine
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Observe guests to ensure satisfaction with food, beverages, and service
- Adhere to state and local liquor laws and company policies
- Set up and stock the bar including cleaning and achieving par levels
- Take and process orders through the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Interact with guests and team members using company service language and standards
