Job Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years beverage-related experience, shipboard experience preferred
- completion of high school or equivalent education
- ability to analyze and interpret recipes and manuals
- proficiency in calculating figures, proportions, and percentages
- problem-solving skills
- working knowledge of inventory control methods and standards
- ability to speak and read English
- good knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Russian, Greek, Dutch, Polish

Job Duties
- Work primarily in designated primary bar venues
- support beverage operations in assistance bar venues
- engage with guests and crew to suggest and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- prepare drinks according to recipes and manuals
- maintain inventory control following company methods
- analyze and interpret recipes and instructions
- ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
