- Previous experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar tools
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating a POS system and handling cash
- Valid alcohol service certification where required by local laws

Job Duties
- Oversee daily bar operations to ensure exceptional efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Craft and serve innovative and classic cocktails, beverages, and specialty drinks with precision and creativity
- Supervise, mentor, and train bartenders to maintain top-tier performance and adherence to drink preparation standards
- Manage bar inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage and replenishment of supplies
- Develop and update the drink menu, incorporating seasonal and trending options to captivate guests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Professionally handle guest interactions, addressing concerns and special requests while fostering a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with management to plan special events, promotions, and team training programs
- Other duties as assigned
