Bartenders will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the beverage program by adhering to brand standards, mastering beverage preparation techniques, and delivering exemplary service. The role involves the use of the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing, regular cleaning and sanitation duties, and cash management responsibilities. Additionally, bartenders will rotate shifts acting as Bar Backs to support smooth operations behind the bar.
