Job Requirements

Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
Well focused and organized
Strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team player mentality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages according to menu specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Adhere to safety and sanitation policies
Provide excellent customer service to create a memorable guest experience
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistency and quality of service
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service standards
Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
