Job Requirements

  • Minimum six months previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Maintains station in practicing good safety and sanitation procedures
  • Work in conjunction with other employees to ensure the quality, consistency and specifications are upheld
  • Knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Must hold a current Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certificate
  • Well focused and organized
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and comply with responsible service standards
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
