Job Requirements

No education required
be of legal age to serve alcohol per state guidelines
ability to work full-time or part-time including night shifts, day shifts, weekends
excellent communication skills
ability to stand for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds
ability to handle point-of-sale systems
maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house restaurant role is highly desirable
strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
excellent customer service and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
basic math skills for handling transactions
knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and responsible service practices
positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
craft memorable moments with personalized, attentive service that goes beyond expectations
maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area
take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience
stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times
demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales
create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care
maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service
be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines
build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences
operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed
keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift
maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards
