- be of legal age to serve alcohol per state guidelines
- ability to work full-time or part-time including night shifts, day shifts, weekends
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for the duration of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to handle point-of-sale systems
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or in any other front-of-house restaurant role is highly desirable
- strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and responsible service practices
- positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
- craft memorable moments with personalized, attentive service that goes beyond expectations
- maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area
- take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience
- stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times
- demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales
- create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care
- maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service
- be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines
- build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences
- operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed
- keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards
