Red Lobster is currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartenders to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic restaurant environment with flexible schedules, competitive pay ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, and weekly wages. As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging warmly with guests, and ensuring an exceptional experience at the bar. You will be involved in setting up the bar station, maintaining cleanliness, and following all safety and food handling guidelines diligently. The role demands the ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and provide attentive customer service to encourage repeat visits.
Working at Red Lobster comes with many benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at under $10 per week, life insurance, short-term disability, and other voluntary benefits. Red Lobster also invests in its people by offering comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities to support personal and professional growth.
The position requires commitment to safety compliance, a friendly attitude to welcome and assist customers, and the physical ability to manage the demands of working long shifts on your feet, handling stock and supplies safely. Red Lobster fosters an inclusive and diverse workplace, committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of age, race, gender, religion, or disability status. Joining Red Lobster means becoming part of a supportive team with promising growth plans ahead.
