Currently, The Vineta Hotel is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Bartender to join its dynamic team. This role is pivotal to maintaining the high standards of the hotel’s beverage service, working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. The Restaurant Bartender will collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure guests receive exceptional service and finely crafted beverages. The position is full-time and requires a passion for food and beverage, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a luxury hospitality setting.
The Restaurant Bartender’s responsibilities include preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as cocktails, wines, beers, and specialty beverages. Beyond drink preparation, the bartender plays an important role in engaging guests, recommending drinks based on individual preferences, and creating a welcoming and friendly bar atmosphere. Key duties include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements for alcohol service. Bartenders will also assist in training new team members, promote premium drink upselling, and support overall bar operations including inventory management.
Candidates for this position should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within luxury or fine dining hotel environments. A deep understanding of international food and beverage standards, wine knowledge, cocktail trends, and exceptional customer service are critical for success. The ability to work flexible hours including holidays, weekends, and evenings is required. Fluency in English is essential, while additional languages are considered an asset. Job Requirements

- Full-time availability
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
