Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience in a bartender role within luxury hotel or fine dining settings
- Full-time availability
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English
- Passion for superior food and beverage service
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Authorization to work legally in the United States on a full-time basis
- No visa sponsorship available
Job Qualifications
- Minimum three years of work experience in a similar role within luxury hotel environments
- Passionate about food and beverage with knowledge of international fine dining and beverage standards
- Fluent in English, additional languages are an asset
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive guest relationships
- Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Greet, interact, and engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Assist in training new bartenders and promote upselling of premium drinks
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and health and safety standards related to alcohol service
- Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and promptly
