Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years old
- able to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
- able to work in hot and cold environments
- able to work in noisy, fast paced settings
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand and walk throughout entire shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
- comply with all company and legal policies
- willing to participate in E-Verify where applicable
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in restaurant or bar service preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate POS systems
- knowledge of food and beverage items

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of significant issues
- create a warm, fun atmosphere for guests and team members
- adhere to sanitation procedures
- maintain personal bank and handle financial transactions accurately
- follow alcohol awareness procedures
- assess guest demeanor and escalate when necessary
- follow bar recipes to ensure consistency
- keep station clean and organized
- greet guests promptly
- take accurate food and drink orders
- understand menu items thoroughly
- enter orders into Micros system correctly
- complete station side work and manage sales
- operate Micros and handle credit card transactions
- ensure proper food presentation and delivery
- work efficiently using full hands in/full hands out philosophy
- participate in sales incentives and contests
- complete bar inventories and requisition sheets
- perform opening/closing duties
- assist in party setup and breakdown
- support team members as needed
- buss and reset tables
- maintain ongoing guest satisfaction
- maintain favorable working relationships
- listen and communicate effectively
- maintain a friendly demeanor
- comply with dress code
- work in a fast-paced noisy environment
