Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or relevant hospitality experience preferred
friendly, positive attitude with a genuine smile
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
ability to regularly navigate stairs and steps

Job Duties

Deliver friendly, attentive service that makes every guest feel welcome and valued
prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and care
maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, including seasonal features and specialty offerings
offer thoughtful recommendations and confidently describe menu items to guests
assist with food service as needed and ensure a seamless guest experience
monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests
complete opening and closing duties as assigned
maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism behind the bar
