Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capable of standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail and multitasking capacity
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Good multitasking skills
- Strong customer service skills
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard, using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customers are well attended to, offer refills on drinks, and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
