Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred but not required
- good interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards recommended
- ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware prior to opening and replenish limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- deliver and settle bills in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
