Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
  • Capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
  • Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
  • Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
  • Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
  • Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and making recommendations as appropriate
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing and change
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to avoid shortages
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and policies
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
