Job Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions
Capability to lift and carry heavy weights safely
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine
Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
Ability to multitask effectively during peak hours

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders, and making recommendations as appropriate
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper billing and change
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to avoid shortages
Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations and policies
Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods
