We are currently seeking a PM Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in preparing and serving beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy. The PM Bartender plays a crucial part in creating an inviting bar atmosphere by accurately preparing drink orders according to established recipes and brand standards. This position requires meticulous attention to responsible alcohol service, including verifying guest identification and monitoring consumption to comply with legal requirements. The PM Bartender is also responsible for setting up the bar before shifts, maintaining cleanliness and organization during service, and efficiently taking down the bar once service concludes. This role involves frequent interaction with guests, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering superior customer service.
In addition to servicing guests, the PM Bartender will manage point of sale systems to ensure accurate and swift processing of orders and payments. Responsibilities include following brand cash handling procedures to guarantee precise closing of guest checks and maintaining inventory control to minimize waste and cost. This role demands physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 50 pounds regularly, as well as occasional heavier lifting. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of bartending experience or relevant certification, exhibit exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
- Ability to obtain TIPS or CARE beverage service certification
- One or more years of previous bartending experience or Bartender certification required
- Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
- Ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment
- Ability to speak, understand, and write English
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking and standing continuously throughout the shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired or the ability to obtain certification
- One or more years of bartending experience or Bartender certification preferred

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Accurately and quickly take, prepare, and deliver beverage orders according to standards
- Respond to guests needs and provide the highest level of quality service
- Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks to recipe and brand standards
- Use all equipment properly and adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste
- Check guests identification and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure compliance with liquor laws
- Dispose of garbage, pick up trays, restock barware, and clean and wipe down the bar
- Complete beginning and end of shift inventory and required paperwork
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and handle beverage and food in compliance with regulations
- Produce required volume of work by planning and prioritizing duties
- Complete all required side work and assist team members as needed
