Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience required
Ability to obtain TIPS or CARE beverage service certification
One or more years of previous bartending experience or Bartender certification required
Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
Ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment
Ability to speak, understand, and write English
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking and standing continuously throughout the shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired or the ability to obtain certification
One or more years of bartending experience or Bartender certification preferred
Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment
Proficient English communication skills

Job Duties

Greet all guests in a courteous and friendly manner
Accurately and quickly take, prepare, and deliver beverage orders according to standards
Respond to guests needs and provide the highest level of quality service
Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks to recipe and brand standards
Use all equipment properly and adhere to cost controls to reduce expenses and waste
Check guests identification and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure compliance with liquor laws
Dispose of garbage, pick up trays, restock barware, and clean and wipe down the bar
Complete beginning and end of shift inventory and required paperwork
Maintain a clean and safe work area and handle beverage and food in compliance with regulations
Produce required volume of work by planning and prioritizing duties
Complete all required side work and assist team members as needed
