Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year's experience with bartending in the casual restaurant industry
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements preferred
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Applebee's specifications
- Serve food and beverages directly to guests ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Make friendly, personal connections with guests reflecting the Applebee's Service Promise
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly
- Proactively address and resolve guest issues
- Set the pace with attentive and efficient service
