Job Requirements

  • Be of legal age to serve alcohol per state guidelines
  • previous experience in bartending, bar back, serving, or front-of-house restaurant roles is highly desirable
  • availability for weekend, day, and night shifts
  • ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • ability to lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • willingness to maintain cleanliness and guest-ready workspaces at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a bartender, bar back, server, or other front-of-house restaurant role is highly desirable
  • strong knowledge of craft cocktails and beverage preparation
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of alcoholic beverage laws and responsible service practices
  • familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • positive attitude and friendly demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greet every guest warmly at the bar and create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere
  • craft memorable moments with personalized, attentive service that goes beyond expectations
  • maintain exceptional service standards for all guests at the bar and in the dining area
  • take and prepare drink and food orders quickly and accurately to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • stay proactive by restocking the bar, maintaining cleanliness, and keeping the workspace guest-ready at all times
  • demonstrate strong knowledge of the ACFP menu to confidently answer questions and make suggestive sales
  • create high-quality, craft cocktails with consistency and care
  • maintain a full understanding of alcoholic beverage laws and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • be of legal age to serve alcohol, per state guidelines
  • build genuine connections with guests, creating memorable dining experiences
  • operate a point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
  • stand for the duration of your shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds as needed
  • keep a positive attitude and friendly demeanor throughout each shift
  • maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, upholding food safety and quality standards
