Job Requirements

minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages per applicable law
certified in state county or local food handling and alcohol service requirements
prior bartending experience preferably in high-volume full-service restaurant
ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
teamwork and a positive attitude

Job Duties

prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area
maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to provide recommendations
ensure compliance with food handling and alcohol service regulations
engage with guests to create a fun and welcoming environment
manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
