Job Requirements

  • Be readily available and approachable for all guests while extending professionalism
  • know local health and safety codes and regulations applying to the hotel
  • ensure the bar service space remains well-stocked
  • receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed
  • clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each service
  • collect payment or charge transactions to guest accounts per company policy
  • prepare and serve drinks following all company, local, and state guidelines
  • validate IDs and monitor beverage consumption to address severe intoxication

Job Duties
