Job Requirements
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- Have a current Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain where applicable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team-work environment

Job Duties
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating and exceeding their expectations
- Make and execute P.F. Chang's alcoholic beverage recipes including garnishes
- Operate and clean bar equipment and assist in inventories and restocking of beverages
- Understand restaurant seating layout and collaborate with servers to deliver food efficiently
- Partner with other hospitality team members to ensure guests have everything they need
- Learn to set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company standards
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcoholic service
