The role of the Bartender at Kisco Senior Living is a pivotal position within their dining services team, designed to enhance the resident experience through excellent beverage service and hospitality. This Bartender position operates within a senior living community bar and dining area, requiring a blend of professional bartending skills and a warm, resident-focused approach. The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with care and precision, maintaining bar stock and inventory with attention to detail, and ensuring strict adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations. This role is crucial in fostering a welcoming and friendly atmosphere, directly engaging with residents to promote a positive social environment.

Scheduled for evenings on Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, the position is offered at a competitive hourly wage of $19.50 to $20 per hour. Duties extend beyond mixology to include developing new cocktail recipes, planning and communicating drink specials, managing transactions responsibly, and supporting overall dining operations as assigned.
