Job Duties
- Welcome and engage residents in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails and beverages according to recipes and preferences
- Plan drink menus and communicate daily specials to residents
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked bar, including inventory management
- Handle resident transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep bar and dining areas clean, organized, and well-presented
- Develop and test new cocktail recipes
- Support daily dining operations as assigned
- Model Kisco's Principles, Values, and Beliefs (PVBs) in all interactions with residents, families, and team members
