This particular role is for a Bartender at JW Marriott, a position that goes far beyond simply mixing drinks. The bartender is viewed as a key host within the hospitality environment, responsible for creating memorable and unique guest experiences. Bartenders at JW Marriott are not just beverage enthusiasts but also ambassadors of service, adept at recognizing and adapting to evolving trends, local offerings, and individual guest preferences. They are entrusted with ensuring the bar area operates smoothly and looks impeccable, managing both customer interactions and operational details such as cash handling, inventory, and hygiene.

Bartenders must also adhere strictly to company policies, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a professional appearance. Physically, the position requires stamina and mobility, including standing, walking, bending, twisting, and occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds. The ability to multitask effectively and take ownership of a dynamic working environment is essential.

Working at Marriott, particularly in the JW Marriott brand, offers an opportunity to be part of a supportive global team with access to extensive training, development, and recognition programs. Employees enjoy a robust benefits package and a culture that encourages individuality while fostering professional growth. Whether on a full-time or part-time basis, team members can expect a rewarding career path in hospitality, where their contributions tangibly affect guests’ experiences and the company’s success.
