Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to prepare a variety of cocktails and beverages
- Strong customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggestively sell drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system
- Ensure guests are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
- Deliver and settle checks promptly, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
