Job Requirements

must be of minimum legal working age and authorized to work in the united states
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work collaboratively in a team and pay close attention to detail while multitasking

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail

Job Duties

greet and welcome customers with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standard recipes, glassware, and garnishes
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended to, offer drink refills and clear unneeded items
deliver and settle customer checks in a timely manner, thanking customers and inviting them to return
follow all food safety standards
