Job Requirements

Minimum age of 18 years
Ability to work evening and night shifts
Weekend availability
Capability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and standing for long periods
Compliance with local alcohol service regulations
Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (optional)
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Commitment to great guest service
Ability to meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol as mandated by company and state law

Job Duties

Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
Take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
Operate within a typical entertainment environment requiring physical activity such as walking, bending, standing for periods, and occasional lifting
Provide excellent guest service through interpersonal engagement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
