- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Must possess all required certifications and licenses per local regulations
- Ability to carry out physical demands of the job
- Responsible handling of cash transactions
- Ability to coordinate needs of all guests at the bar
- Capability to carry food and beverages
- Physically able to dance

Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Acknowledge guests immediately
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- Ensure food temperatures are maintained properly
- Be visible behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
- Adhere to timing standards for product preparation and service
- Consolidate service to increase table turnover
- Demonstrate showmanship focusing on speed and accuracy
- Know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products offered
- Use positive suggestive sales techniques
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Educate team members on drink recipes
- Document waste and minimize it
- Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
- Follow all recipes and specifications
- Complete daily cleaning tasks
