Job Requirements

  • Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Must possess all required certifications and licenses per local regulations
  • Ability to carry out physical demands of the job

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
  • Acknowledge guests immediately
  • Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
  • Ensure food temperatures are maintained properly
  • Be visible behind the bar to assist guests and service staff
  • Adhere to timing standards for product preparation and service
  • Consolidate service to increase table turnover
  • Demonstrate showmanship focusing on speed and accuracy
  • Know all food, liquor, beer, wine, and retail products offered
  • Use positive suggestive sales techniques
  • Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
  • Educate team members on drink recipes
  • Document waste and minimize it
  • Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
  • Follow all recipes and specifications
  • Complete daily cleaning tasks
