Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently
- Ability to stand or remain stationary for extended periods
- Ability to wear protective equipment including hand coverings and face masks
- Ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old per state law
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in bartending or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Mixing outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established standards
- Maintaining a friendly attitude towards staff and customers
- Creating a great bar experience for guests
- Communicating effectively with team members and customers
- Handling physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds and transporting plates, glasses, and baskets
- Wearing protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- Following health and safety protocols throughout the shift
