Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for 8 to 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in bartending or related customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening, and restock drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all beverages according to standard recipes using proper glassware and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering drink refills and removing unused items
- Deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
