Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lb
- Comfortable standing and walking throughout the shift
- Physical endurance to work in a high-volume environment
- Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Availability for part-time employment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, popular environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multitask
Job Duties
- Greet Players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks theyll love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll
- Collaborate with other Playmakers to deliver top-notch service by ensuring every Player feels like a VIP
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe bar environment
- Live Topgolf values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring every day to support players and coworkers
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance the Player experience
- Handle bar operations including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies
