Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- must have or obtain required state beverage service certification
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- must be at least 21 years of age
Job Qualifications
- one to three months related experience or training
- state-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- knowledge of drink recipes and wine service

Job Duties
- greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- conduct wine service
- maintain a clean and organized bar area
- collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
- comply with all beverage service regulations
