Job Duties
- Greet guests with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest drink, appetizer, and dessert sales
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
- Ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them back
- Follow all food safety regulations
