As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in maintaining the friendly and engaging atmosphere that defines the brand. Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest drink, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
  • Ensure the customer is well attended, offer drink refills and remove any items not in use
  • Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests, and invite them back
  • Follow all food safety regulations
