Proven experience as a bartender
Knowledge of POS systems
Excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with food safety protocols
Ability to perform basic math
Experience in hospitality or food industry
Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Strong knowledge of POS systems

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices
Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and accurate measurement of ingredients
Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector
retail math skills are advantageous
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits
Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet service to deliver seamless hospitality
Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards
