  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Familiarity with food safety protocols
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Experience in hospitality or food industry
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

  • Ability to perform basic math for cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and accurate measurement of ingredients
  • Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector

  • Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat visits
  • Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain balanced registers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, catering events, or banquet service to deliver seamless hospitality
  • Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high service standards
