The Bartender role at our company is a crucial part of delivering the outstanding service our guests expect. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are passionate about hospitality and beverage service to join our team either full-time or part-time. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, craft delicious drinks, and contribute to a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality in every drink served.

As a bartender, you will be at the forefront of guest interaction, making every visit special through friendly and attentive service. Using POS systems such as Aloha POS, you will accurately process orders and manage cash transactions, maintaining balanced registers. Your role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, complying with strict food safety standards and health regulations. Monitoring guest behavior to promote responsible drinking is another important aspect of this position, as is collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage pairing during special events and banquet services.

This role requires excellent time management skills, especially during busy shift hours when the ability to efficiently serve multiple tables without compromising service quality is essential. You will receive paid training and ongoing development opportunities that will help you advance your career within our company and the hospitality industry at large. Our compensation ranges from $100 to $300 per day, reflecting the skill and energy you bring to the position.
