Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting is required
- extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and mixology techniques
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide drink menus
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a timely manner
- check the identification of guests to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- make recommendations and provide knowledge about the menu and drinks
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
- assist with opening and closing duties
- provide exceptional customer service and ensure that guests have a positive experience
- assist with other duties as assigned by management
