Recognized for its competitive wages and comprehensive benefits package, HHM Hotels fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement, reflecting the company values: People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. The organization is an equal-opportunity employer, ensuring a diverse workforce free from discrimination based on race, color, gender, identity, or any other protected status. This commitment to fairness and quality service positions HHM Hotels as a preferred employer and hospitality provider within the industry.

The Bartender role at HHM Hotels is crafted to ensure guests enjoy a delightful, efficient, and courteous beverage and dining service experience. This position is responsible for preparing, serving, and sometimes clearing food and beverages, primarily focusing on maintaining a friendly atmosphere and achieving a high level of guest satisfaction. The role extends beyond merely serving drinks by involving duties such as beverage inventory management, ensuring compliance with the company’s EarthView sustainability program, practicing safe work habits as per OSHA standards, and being attentive to guest satisfaction scores to help enhance overall service quality. Opportunities for career growth are clearly defined with a progression path from Bartender to Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and ultimately Food & Beverage Manager. This pathway not only highlights the potential for internal advancement but also encourages bartenders to develop professionally and grow their hospitality careers within HHM Hotels. The position requires physical stamina, including standing for extended periods and handling tasks such as lifting and bending, and typically involves working varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and shift work.
