Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the country
  • Must be able to verify age and comply with all alcohol service laws
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Must possess strong customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or food and beverage service preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare beverages for our guests
  • Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
  • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess guests' needs and preferences to make recommendations
  • Set up and maintain appropriate stock levels for the bar
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized bar and lounge area
  • Comply with all food and beverage preparation and service regulations
  • Demonstrate accuracy in transactions and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
