Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to legally serve alcohol in the state of employment
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and mixology
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol service laws
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar

- Efficiently lead bar service ensuring a memorable guest experience that aligns with hospitality standards
- Utilize extensive food and beverage knowledge to recommend favorites and craft perfect beverages
- Anticipate guest needs process orders and handle payments promptly and hospitably
- Adhere to state and local laws safe food practices and recipe guidelines while maintaining a clean bar area
