The available position is for a part-time Bartender who will work 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled from 11am to 7:30pm. Open availability is preferred to meet the needs of the residents and guests effectively. The compensation for this role is $21.63 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and 23 days per year of paid time off. As a Bartender at Wyndemere, you will play an essential role in enhancing the social experience of the community’s residents and guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer, while adhering strictly to all state and local alcohol service regulations. Additionally, you will serve food and maintain the bar area, including the lounge and wine room. Daily tasks include managing weekly inventory, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that the bar and surrounding areas are kept neat and orderly at all times. You will also communicate effectively with residents, guests, and management to address any concerns promptly, contributing to an exceptional living environment.
