The role of Bartender at Wyndemere's Independent Living facility is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and senior engagement. This part-time position involves working approximately 20 hours per week with shifts running from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, and open availability is preferred. The hourly compensation is competitive at $21.63 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental coverage, an employee assistance program, and 23 days of paid time off annually.

As a Bartender at Wyndemere, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and enjoyable social atmosphere for residents and guests by preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer. Your responsibilities extend beyond just drink service; you will also serve food, maintain inventory, prepare garnishes, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lounge and workstations. In this role, attention to detail and adherence to all state and local alcohol regulations are imperative.
