Job Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Ability to work in close cooperation with residents, guests, visitors, families, supervisor, and peers
Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining experience strongly preferred
Must be able to perform the physical functions of the job
Standing and walking up to 90 percent of the day
May be required to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Job Duties

Prepares and serves beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer to residents and guests, adhering to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service
Serves food to residents and guests
Maintains weekly inventory of beverages, bar items, and supplies
Submits list of needed items to Food and Beverage Director
Prepares garnishes for bar use
Maintains a neat and orderly appearance of the lounge, wine room, and work station at all times
Communicates resident and guest concerns to management
Assists in maintaining and achieving departmental sanitation standards and goals
Follows all relevant laws and regulations
Performs other duties as assigned including restocking, organizing bar items, and various cleaning duties
