Job Requirements
- Must be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
- Retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lb
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform active tasks involving bending, stooping, and carrying
- Ability to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must be able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, popular environment
- Positive attitude and strong team mentality
- Player-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of responsible beverage service and compliance with certification requirements where applicable
Job Duties
- Greet players with energy and personality-create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love
- Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll-from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day
- Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch-ensuring every player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf way
- Stick to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant
