We are currently seeking a highly qualified Bartender/Mixology Candidate who embodies these values and possesses a minimum of three years of bartending experience. This role demands expertise behind the bar focusing on hand-crafted cocktails, micro-brewed beer, and a well-curated wine program. The ideal candidate will not only master classic cocktails like the perfect Sazerac and the finely balanced Hemingway Daiquiri but also demonstrate the creativity and flexibility to invent new cocktails on the fly while maintaining impeccable flavor harmony. Guest interaction and service excellence are paramount, and the candidate must be a consummate professional who prioritizes the guest experience above all else.

The Bartender will also be expected to exhibit a deep passion and knowledge of food, akin to that of the restaurant’s qualified server candidates. Flexibility in scheduling is important, with a preference for availability during dinner hours and mandatory shifts during Friday, Saturday, and Sunday brunch periods.
