Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Compliance with state-mandated beverage service certification requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Customer service experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- One to three months of related experience or training
- State-mandated beverage service certificate where applicable
- Passion for food and beverage service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm and friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with state-mandated beverage service regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest service
