The Beverage Server role at Legends Global is a pivotal position within the Food and Beverage Division, designed for individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and maintaining strict adherence to beverage service regulations. This full-time position requires the beverage server to be at least 21 years of age and capable of handling various physical demands, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working flexible schedules such as nights, weekends, and holidays. The Beverage Server is responsible for setting up and servicing individual beverage locations, handling cash securely, enforcing liquor laws, and maintaining accurate liquor inventories. The role emphasizes efficiency and pleasant, courteous customer interaction while ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards. This position involves cashier responsibilities, such as verifying cash and using cash registers properly programmed according to approved sales prices. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong math skills, the ability to follow directions effectively, and possess a neat appearance and pleasant personality. No specific certifications are required, but prior experience in bar operations or a similar environment is beneficial. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Sets up and services individual beverage locations
- Properly handle cash
- Enforce all liquor laws
- Verify and account for all liquor inventory
- Maintain proper sanitation of work area
- Follow proper safety practices in the work area
- Provide pleasant and efficient service to customers
- Reports to F and B Personnel in appropriate uniform for assigned location
- Prepares all beverage items for sale in the station
- Sells to customers charging amount indicated on ASM price list
- Receives and handles cash and or tickets
- Accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor
- Verifies cash register is programmed properly according to ASM approved sales prices
- Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and the Food and Beverage Division
- Requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol
