The bartender role includes preparing and stocking the bar, welcoming customers warmly, suggesting drink and food pairings, preparing beverages to exact standards using recipes and proper garnishes, accurately taking and inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each guest's visit. Attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards are essential. This position requires physical capabilities such as bending, reaching, crouching, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and standing for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
  • Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, appropriate glassware, and garnishes
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and properly enter them into the POS system
  • Ensure the guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
