The bartender role includes preparing and stocking the bar, welcoming customers warmly, suggesting drink and food pairings, preparing beverages to exact standards using recipes and proper garnishes, accurately taking and inputting orders into the POS system, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout each guest's visit. Attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to food safety standards are essential. This position requires physical capabilities such as bending, reaching, crouching, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and standing for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
