Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited supplies of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, appropriate glassware, and garnishes
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and properly enter them into the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check promptly, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
