Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bartending or a similar role
ability to stand for extended periods
legal age to serve alcohol
strong work ethic and team player attitude
availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
excellent customer service skills
knowledge of beer and cocktail recipes
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
basic math skills for handling cash and tabs

Job Duties

Serve drinks quickly and accurately from taps and cocktail shakers
guide guests through the beverage menu and make recommendations

ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
assist with opening and closing duties of the bar
