Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work as part of a team
- attention to detail and multitasking skills
- willingness to comply with food safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- ability to work extended hours standing
- strong customer service and communication skills
- familiarity with POS systems
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
- prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all drinks according to standards using recipe, glassware, and garnishes
- accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customer is well attended to, offer drink refills and clear any unused items
- deliver and settle the bill promptly, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
