The company is committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, making it a preferred choice for travelers seeking comfort, style, and top-notch service. HHM Hotels operates with a strong set of values, summarized by their belief statements: "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It." These principles drive the organizational culture and ensure that every team member contributes to a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and cared for.

The company offers a wide range of career opportunities with a clear growth path, including roles such as Beverage Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, and Food & Beverage Manager. This indicates HHM Hotels' dedication to employee growth and professional development within the hospitality industry.

This particular role focuses on providing outstanding beverage and food service to guests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to company standards. The position typically involves serving beverages and/or food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, creating memorable guest experiences. Working at HHM Hotels means engaging in a dynamic environment where the guest’s satisfaction is paramount and where employees are empowered to contribute positively to the team and the overall guest experience.

As part of the role, the individual will be responsible for several key activities, including maintaining cleanliness and organization within bar areas, preparing garnishes like sliced and pitted fruit, and verifying guests' age to comply with alcohol purchase regulations. Preparing and serving drink and/or food orders accurately and efficiently is a core function, alongside managing food and beverage orders for guests seated in bar and lounge areas. The position also requires handling guest payments, managing intoxicated guests in line with safety and company policies, and maintaining beverage inventory through requisitions.

Additionally, the role demands completion of side work before shift end and active participation in sustainability programs such as HHM Hotels' EarthView initiative. The employee is expected to observe all safety standards, including wearing protective equipment and complying with OSHA and MSDS guidelines. Maintaining guest satisfaction scores and aiming to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction levels are critical performance measures, reflecting the company’s guest-centric focus.

This role typically requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching. The work schedule can vary, including working on holidays, weekends, and different shifts, which suits those adaptable to various working conditions.

HHM Hotels values qualifications such as a high school diploma, TIPS certification, and prior bartending or mixology experience. Food sanitation certification is favored and must be obtained within 90 days of employment if not already held. Benefits offered include competitive wages, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, daily pay options, free basic life insurance, confidential 24/7 access to health resources, travel discounts, commuter benefits, employee assistance, wellness programs, educational and professional development opportunities, and referral bonuses.

Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a company that not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also invests in its employees’ growth and well-being.
