Preparing and serving drink and/or food orders accurately and efficiently is a core function, alongside managing food and beverage orders for guests seated in bar and lounge areas. The position also requires handling guest payments, managing intoxicated guests in line with safety and company policies, and maintaining beverage inventory through requisitions.

Additionally, the role demands completion of side work before shift end and active participation in sustainability programs such as HHM Hotels' EarthView initiative. The employee is expected to observe all safety standards, including wearing protective equipment and complying with OSHA and MSDS guidelines.
