Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Meet all gaming, alcohol, and tribal employment requirements
- Ability to tolerate areas containing varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to secure and maintain STATE or TRIBAL Gaming License
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Knowledge of and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks
- Five years of bartending or similar experience or progressive promotion and training within Food and Beverage department
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to tolerate varying levels of noise, smoke, and temperature
- Ability to secure and maintain STATE or TRIBAL Gaming License
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and efficient bar service by mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards
- Maintain clean and organized bar areas
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Verify guest eligibility and follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
- Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes
- Maintain equipment in an orderly manner and advise Beverage Manager of any equipment needs or repairs
- Interact with guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Monitor proper par levels of all supplies at assigned bars
- Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to property to immediate supervisor
- Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned bank and accountable for all overages and shortages
