Experience in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not mandatory, with customer service skills being a significant asset. A valid driver’s license and the ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods are necessary to meet the demands of this active role.

Brush Creek Ranch offers a comprehensive benefits package including day one medical, dental, and vision insurance for all associates, vacation and paid time off with rollover for full-time staff, and a 401(k) plan with company match after just one month. Additional perks include ranch-provided employee housing at a subsidized rate, complimentary meals, employee engagement activities, and discounts on hotels and entertainment. With its stunning location and access to outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and fishing, this role provides not just a job but a lifestyle. Opportunities for professional growth within the luxury ranch network further enhance the appeal of this position.
