Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 30 lbs
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to walk and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping
  • Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology
  • Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Visual ability including distance, close, color, depth, and peripheral vision, able to adjust focus as needed
  • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certification required for California positions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior bartending or food service experience is an advantage
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and safety standards
  • Certification for Responsible Beverage Service (can be completed during training for California positions)
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Job Duties

  • Exceed customer expectations at the bar by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service guided by guest cues
  • Efficiently craft every drink to perfection with proper safety, tools, and recipe standards while serving responsibly
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell
  • Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed
  • Provide expertise and support to Servers on beverage selections and offerings
  • Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
