Job Requirements
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Ability to remain stationary and move well-paced for up to four hours
- Capability to frequently lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings during shifts
- Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to wash hands frequently throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old per state law
- Effective communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in bartending or beverage service preferred but not required
- Commitment to health and safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours
Job Duties
- Mixing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- Creating an engaging and friendly bar atmosphere
- Communicating effectively with servers and customers
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at the bar
- Handling customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Following all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
